Baptism Outfits are used to dress the baby in after the baptism is conducted. Immediately following the baby's dunking into the baptismal font, the baby is taken into a changing room and changed into his/her outfit by a close relative (grandmother or other family member). The koumbara or koumbaros stays at the alter with the priest. .
