Can I see a proof of my item before it ships?

Yes. If you would like to see a proof of your personalized product before it ships, you can request one in the comment's box at checkout. The cost to do a proof is $5.00. We will photograph the item, email you the photo and wait for your approval before proceeding with the order. The cost of the proof will be added to your order after placement. Please note, photo proofs typically add a few days to the processing time. As well, proofs of towels or oil sheets will not be redone if there is no error - we have a set sizing based on character count and we do not modify sizing from a proof review.

I need my order FAST. How quickly can you fulfill my order?

If you are in a rush, we can expedite your order. We generally send those rush orders within 1 - 3 business days, although you will need to call us at 201-444-0200 or email us at info@blessedcelebration.com to verify we can meet your deadline and upgrade to rush. There is a 15% surcharge we apply to rush orders - with a minimum charge of $20.00. We will confirm immediately that your order can be upgraded to the top of our queue.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 2-7 business days of receipt of order. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for church bookstores?

We work with a number of church bookstores around the country. Please contact us directly to inquire about details - 201-444-0200. Please note - all church bookstore orders need to be paid through a church credit card or a church issued check.

Do you guarantee your items will arrive safely? I'm worried about them being damaged in transit.

Yes - Blessed Celebration does guarantee that your items - especially your candles - will arrive in good order. If, for some reason, your item arrives damaged, we will reship you out a new item/candle at our expense. We reship out the same shipping method as in your original order (not faster).

Damaged packages must be reported within 7 DAYS of delivery date.

Depending upon the candle, we may have you return the damaged one with a return address label mailed to you - or we will put in for a Fedex claim and ask you to hold on to the damaged candle for a period of 7 days in case Fedex chooses to pick up the candle.

Do you ship worldwide? Will I receive my international shipment?

Yes - we ship to all countries worldwide. The vast majority of international packages do not get stopped in customs. We ship person to person - rather than company to person to help make the shipment of the package quick and efficient. Blessed Celebration can not control the policy's of foreign countries' postal policies - and thus, if a custom fee is charged, it is the responsibility of the receiving customer.

How long does Fedex Ground shipping take?

Most of our packages ship from Austin, TX - postal code 78759. For certain products - like plain candles - we do ship from NJ if arrival time is faster for the customer. Below is a map of shipping transit times for Fedex ground from Austin, TX to most of the country.

  • Pink = 1 business day
  • Aqua blue = 2 business days
  • Orange = 3 business days
  • Green = 4 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii = 6 business days

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders that have been placed - but not yet produced or shipped - are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Orders that have been placed and produced - but not yet shipped - are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Personalized items that have been produced - but not yet shipped - are subject to the full cost of the product less the shipping charge. In these cases, we will work with you as best as possible to minimize cancellation fees if we can salvage the product from the personalization material.

Do you sell just personalized printed ribbon so I can make my own martyrika?

Yes, Blessed Celebration sells just the personalized ribbon. You can find and order this product under the martyrika product line.

How do you ship boubouniera so they do not arrive wrinkled or crushed?

We package and ship our boubouniera very carefully. The favors are placed in a white apparel box that is cushioned with bubble wrap and tissue paper. They are laid down on a 45 degree angle so that they do not push against one another and their height is angled down and not crushed by the top of the box. The apparel box is then wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a shipping box.

We take great pride in the presentation of our favors and have never received a customer complaint that favors have arrived damage.

I have something specific I would like made. Do you make custom orders?

Yes, Blessed Celebration does offer custom made products. We can craft anything to your liking. To inquire about this, please call or email us with the details of your desired product. We will then provide you a quote for the custom work and item.

Do you have a store? Can I pick up my order?

Blessed Celebration began in Austin, TX where the majority of products are currently made and from where they ship. The owner has since moved to New Jersey where she continues Blessed Celebration in a second location operating out of her home. Customers in the NJ/NY/CT tri-state area may call to make an appointment to view sample items.
