To Order a Personalized Ribbon: 
To order your product with personalized ribbon, select "Personalized ribbon" in the options select on the product page. In the comments section of your shopping cart, you may type in your desired copy for personalization. Your copy should be in the following format.  We will contact you if any clarification is needed on your copy preferences.
  • Left side 1st line
  • Left side 2nd line (if any)
  • Left side 3rd line (if any)
  • Right side 1st line
  • Right side 2nd line (if any)
  • Right side 3rd line (if any)
Note:  Left and right are determined by looking directly at the ribbon.  When looking at the ribbon, the left side is on the left, right side is on the right. 

About Blessed Celebration Ribbon Personalization
Our imprinted ribbons are made of the highest quality, thick, satin fabric. Our imprinting is done on a top-of-the-line printing machine.  We do not use a hot stamping machine - there is no need to worry about smudging when you order from Blessed Celebration!
 
Title ribbons
Blessed Celebration is proud to offer our customers the option to have your witness pin ribbons specialized with title ribbons at no additional charge.  Customized title ribbons have an additional ribbon added in the center - and can have any title of your choosing (i.e., Mother, Father, Godfather, Godmother, Grandmother, Brother, etc).
 
Please note, witness pins with title ribbons are not additional pins added to your pin total - but rather part of your pin count total - i.e, if you order 60 ribbons and wish 4 to have title ribbons, than 56 will be regular pins and 4 will be special pins with title ribbons.)
  • The additional cost is $0.50 per pin.  For orders of 60+ ribbons, we offer up to 4 ribbons customized free.
If you would like to have title ribbons included with your order, please note in the order comments section your desired title copy(ies). Your order will be adjusted post placement to add in the cost of the additional title pins.

Baptismal Ribbon Copy
You may design your ribbon copy however you wish.  For your guidance, baptism ribbons are traditionally printed in the following format:
• Left side, 1st line: name of the baby (either first and last name or first and middle name with no last name)
• Left side, 2nd line: date of the baptism 
• Left side, 3rd line:  date of birth (optional)

• Right side, 1st line: Title of “Godparent” or “Godparents”
• Right side, 2nd line: Name of godparent or godparents
• Right side, 3rd line: Name of 2nd godparent (optional)
 
Example:  Left side, 1st line: Claudia Anne    Left side, 2nd line: Baptized March 22, 2008
Right side, 1st line: Godparents   Right side, 2nd line:  Effie & Elias Poulos
 
 
Many choose to design their ribbons in this shorter format:
  • Left side: name of the baby or [baby name]'s baptism
  • Right side: date

Example:  Left side: Claudia Anne's baptism    Right line: March 22, 2008 

Wedding Ribbon Copy
You may design your ribbon copy however you wish.  For your guidance, wedding, ribbons are traditionally printed in the following format:
• Left side: married name of couple (i.e., Sophia & John Pappas)
• Right side: date of event (May 2, 2007)
 
Candle Ribbon Copy
We can personalize candle ribbons.  If the candle design already has a ribbon on it - we will personalize the existing ribbon.  If you choose personalized ribbon for your candle and the design does not already have a ribbon, we will add it on.  Candle personalization is one line of text per side - traditionally the name(s) at left and the date at right although - feel free to design your ribbon copy however you wish. 


Additional
Copy length:  Ribbon length can be lengthened to accommodate longer copy if necessary.  We will contact you if you exceed our limit and require extra ribbon length.  For extra ribbon length, additional pricing may apply.
Ribbon width: Want an extra wide ribbon width? We can make your ribbon up to 4" thick! Call us with your request (extra pricing may apply.)
Copy accuracy: We create your ribbon with the exact copy you provide. Please make sure to verify the spelling of the names you type in. If capitalization of all letters is used on your copy submission, we will print in all capitalization.
Ribbon color: We offer the following ribbon colors: white, ivory, pink, light blue, and navy.

Languages
Blessed Celebration is proud to offer ribbon personalization in Greek or any other foreign language. To order your personalization in a non-English font, you may place your order (select ribbon personalization) and in the comments section at check-out, including the exact copy in the language of your choice.  We will upload your copy to our system to print exactly as you desire. Alternatively, you can email us, directly, at info@blessedcelebration.com.   If you are unsure of the appropriate translation, you may email us your copy in English and we will recommend a translation for you.

Godmother:  Νοuνά, Νονά
Godfather: Νονού, Νονό

Graphics 
Unlike most ribbon imprinters, Blessed Celebration offers you the ability to add a graphic to your personalization. Want a special icon or image?  We can add it to your ribbon! Email us your image and specify where you want it located, and we will add it to your design.  Our most popular graphic options are crosses or hearts.

Ribbon Font Color
Blessed Celebration offers personalization primarily in black and gold - as you will see throughout most options on our products.  By request, we can also personalize ribbon in the following colors: silver, fuchsia pink, purple and brown.  The silver font comes out lighter than many customers expect (doesn't "pop" as much as the gold).  The fuchsia pink looks great on light pink ribbon. Purple and brown are true to color.  The cost of printing in any of these four additional colors is the same cost as printing in gold.  If you are interested in having your ribbons personalized with one of these colored fonts, please note this in the order comment box at checkout.
